Tree Service Milwaukee

I have a house that faces east so I get a lot of sun in the backyard in the evenings. This makes the backyard unusable in the summers. It also doesn't help with my air conditioning bill as the heat beats on the back of my house. It also messes with my internal rooms temperature. We freeze on the opposite rooms and roast in the sun facing rooms.

About 5 years ago I decided to plant some trees to block the sun. I used poplar trees because they grow fast and have coverage from the ground up. In the last year or two I have noticed a few of the trees have the bark falling off. I am not sure what this is but I need some type of tree service to come in and help my trees stay healthy. I don't want a single one to die, because I will have to deal with the sun until a new one can grow.

I planted one oak tree to the side by the basketball court. However I have had 2 of those trees die, and they grow so slow. I wonder if Milwaukee has some problem growing oak trees. If I had used a tree service I wonder if I would have a beautiful big tree instead of the small one that is growing slowly.
